Hypoallergenic Dogs And Other Dog’s Lifespan

People say that hypoallergenic dogs, as well as other dogs can live up to 10 years. But what we don’t know is that the lifespan of the dog should be considerably more than what we expect. And we can literally keep out their feet out the grave. How? Simply by feeding them right kind of food. Let me show you how.

1. They say that a sure nutritious food that dogs can have are the 10 best dog foods, but what we don’t know is that popular dog foods often use byproducts with added chemical preservatives and artificial colors. All of which can be potentially harmful to your dog.

The pet foods that we buy from the supermarkets have a high percentage of moisture, which leaves very little room for nutrition in the remaining contents. Some of the ingredients such as sodium are added to the dog food to make it more palatable while adding no nutritional value.

The solution for this is to always read the nutritional content of any dog food and see for it that it is really nutritious. The nutrition fact tells the truth and is tested, so we better count on them in choosing dog foods.

2. Carbohydrate levels are often far too high in most of the foods that dogs eat, especially if they are made from the wrong recipes for homemade dog foods. And this is why there is an excessive number of overweight dogs and dogs that suffer from diabetes.

Obesity and the associated problems that are present from being overweight is one of the main reasons for the shortened life span. So, you better watch your homemade recipe for your dogs or you might lost them.

3. If you live in a warm climate, don't leave the dog food out all day in the heat because dogs have a short intestinal tract, and are unlikely to have problems with food poisoning they can still suffer from contaminated food. Even dog biscuits should be stored in a cool place and not subject to heat.

If we only know the right wellness dog food for our dog, we can longer their life span and have more great time with them. Wouldn’t that be great? Believe it or not, our dogs can live up to 20 years if we only know how to feed them right. Believe me, it is not unusual.
